Dr. Contreras further honed her expertise by completing her Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics residency at the prestigious University of Pennsylvania, along with a Master of Science in Oral Biology.

Throughout her career, Dr. Contreras has earned several accolades, including the William R. Proffit Resident Scholar Award in 2024 and receiving the American Association of Orthodontist Foundation Aid Research Award in 2023. Her commitment to advancing the field of orthodontics continues, as she joined the University of Pennsylvania's Department of Orthodontics as a part-time Clinical Associate Professor upon graduation.

Both in his professional and personal life, Dr. Zweihorn is privileged to share his love for oral health with his wife, Dr. Leah Lewis, who is also a dedicated endodontist. Their family includes three beloved boys, who bring joy and laughter to their home, as well as their two cherished pets—a budgie and a pitty-hound.
